Text Message to 88010 Terms & Conditions

This is not a subscription service

When sending a text message “Gocard” to short code 88010, a charge of £1.00 per message received is charged to the recipient plus a standard network charge, networks may vary.

By sending a text containing the word “Gocard” to the number 88010 you have deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

You must be over the age of 18 to use our text services and have permission from the bill payer. GO: money solutions limited accepts no responsibility for:

1. Lost, late or undelivered text messages, notifications or communications.
2. Any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, internet, website or other access issue which may hinder the ability of an entrant to submit his/her entry.
3. To receive a text message giving you further details about how to be accepted for a GO: Card Prepaid MasterCard®.

Short code 88010 Text Services
Our text services for mobile phones is charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a premium rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a roaming basis, addition costs may occur inline with network operator.

These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks:
Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, Virgin, O2
N.B Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short code per calendar day.

Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about our service then please contact our customer services on UK 0203 086 8306 or you can write to GO money solutions limited, Suite 5, Rural Suite, Knowledge and Leisure Village, Wyboston Lakes, Great North Road, Wyboston, Bedfordshire, MK44 3BA. We will investigate the complaint within 14 working days, a refund may be given in certain circumstances.

Privacy Policy
We will not pass any personal data to any third party unless required to do so  by an appropriate  authority, e.g. PhonePayPlus or REGTEL
These conditions shall be constructed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court
